Distance Selling Agreement
Preface
DNC Medtex distributes/sells its products, offered through distance selling channels, exclusively to retail end consumers. The consumer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the purchase made through this distance selling channel is for personal use and in their capacity as a consumer. Within the scope of this Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”), the consumer (“Buyer”) and DNC MEDTEX (“Seller”) will be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
1- Purpose and Subject :
This Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (“Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (“Regulation”) to inform the Buyer about the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller’s website www.dncmedtex.com (“Website”) and to define the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties. These rights and obligations shall apply to all products offered for sale by the Seller through the Website.
Consequently, the Buyer’s ordering of a product offered for sale through the Website constitutes acceptance of the entire Agreement, of which the Buyer was aware prior to placing the order.
The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this general Agreement in the future. However, the terms of the Agreement in effect at the time the Buyer places the order shall apply to that order.
This Agreement is an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions” document located on the Website; in matters not regulated herein, the “General Terms and Conditions” shall apply.

The sales prices listed on the Website, in US dollars, Euros, and British pounds, are valid at the time the Buyer places the order. The Seller may change the sales prices of products on the Website from time to time. Such changes will not affect orders already placed by the Buyer. The sales prices stated on the Website are valid only for distance sales.
The sales prices stated on the Website do not include shipping costs; shipping costs will be added separately to the price of the purchased products. The shipping cost will be specified to the Buyer before the order is placed.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the sales prices stated on the Website.
5-Delivery:
The Seller shall deliver the order placed by the Buyer to the delivery address specified by the Buyer in Article 4 within the committed period, in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date the order is received.
The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and, if applicable, with warranty documents and user manuals.
If the Seller is unable to deliver the product within the specified time due to force majeure, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer may choose one of the following options, with the right to cancel the contract and the order by refunding the order price, to have the product replaced with an equivalent if available, and/or to have the delivery time postponed until the hindering situation is resolved.
