Independent Use
If your abilities allow, you can use a continuous ceiling track and motor to move conveniently and independently between rooms. Access the bath on your own with a Dnc Medtex Body Support or Seat Sling. You can also move independently from a wheelchair directly into a tub. Ask your Dnc Medtex representative to work with you to design a system that allows for access to the tub, the toilet and the bed.
Attendant Use
Dnc Medtex specializes in customized lift solutions for the home. A ceiling lift, a mobile lift, a wall lift or a stand-assist can all be used with the assistance of an attendant to make safe and easy transfers. All Dnc Medtex Lifts can be used with a Dnc Medtex Body Support or a Dnc Medtex ling to reduce the risk of injuries to the user and the caregiver.
In And Out Of Bed
If your physical limitations do not prevent it, you can use a ceiling motor with a body support to move between your bed and your wheelchair on your own.
To The Toilet

Room-covering system
In rooms where frequent lifting is required, a room-covering system with two parallel rails and a traverse rail provides optimal flexibility and full freedom of movement. This setup allows for easy and efficient transfers while ensuring the room layout can be customized to specific needs.
Combination system
Two systems combined with Combi-lock.
You can combine full room coverage and single rail systems in adjoining spaces, using a Guldmann Combi-lock. A safety lock is placed on the traverse rail in the room-covering system, so the lifting unit cannot run off the rail.
A Combi-lock is also placed on the rail from the single track. This locks the traverse rail to the single rail and simultaneously releases the safety lock. The hoist can then easily run from one system to another.
Single-rail system
A single-rail system is ideal for moving people over longer distances, such as in corridors, riding schools, or swimming pools, where less flexibility is needed. It can also be used in individual rooms, but the fixed rail placement may limit how the space can be arranged.

The manual also contains useful information for maintenance. You should keep the owner’s manual as reference and call your representative if your system requires an inspection or maintenance.
